About me
Hi, I’m Josh, a counsellor ready to provide you with a safe and understanding space in which you can take your time to unpack whatever you’d like to bring.
I work in a person-centred way, which means that we’ll explore what works for you and adapt, rather than fitting you into a prescribed box.
My aim is for you to feel genuinely heard and to not feel judged as we work together at your own pace.
I became a counsellor because I know what it’s like to try and figure out everything on your own. You don’t have to do it alone, and you don’t have to have it all figured out. Just turn up as you are, and we’ll go from there.
Ways of working with me
Face to Face Counselling
£55 per session (£45 for students)
Face to face counselling sessions take place in the centre of York.
Online/Video Counselling
£55 per session (£45 for students)
This is a great option if you do not live near York, but would still like to work with me.
